Our fee is 2.5% of the monthly rent. Typically, the tenant covers this fee, but it can also be paid by the landlord, a choice you can make when creating a rental agreement.

Rendin issues monthly invoices for the service to the party responsible for payments. The protection begins from the rental agreement's start date, lasting even if your tenant pays late or defaults on the payment.

Our service ensures that your rental income and other payments from the tenant are protected against losses and offers extensive property damage coverage. For example, with a monthly rent of 5000 PLN, you benefit from a generous coverage of up to 50 000 PLN.

Apart from Rendin protection, landlords who sign their rental agreements on our platform also get unlimited access to our professional Customer Service and Legal Team assistance in all rental-related issues.

No, we don’t refund the monthly Rendin fee after the end of the rental agreement.

The Rendin fee covers the service we provide to both landlords and tenants throughout the rental period. It includes, among others, our financial protection, which makes the deposit unnecessary. It doesn’t function as a refundable security payment to cover losses or damages.

The service that both parties receive for the Rendin fee includes:

• Professional rental agreement and other document drafts prepared by our legal experts.

• Financial protection for landlords against rent non-payment and property damage.

• Deposit-free renting for tenants.

• Access to free legal guidance and mediation assistance in case of disputes.

• Support in two languages (Polish and English).

We are committed to creating a fair and safe environment for both landlords and tenants. Our core philosophy centers on making renting more affordable by replacing the conventional 1 or 2-month deposits, which we find outdated and completely ineffective, with Rendin protection.

Instead of a traditional deposit, we offer landlords Rendin protection, serving as the guarantor with coverage 10 times greater than the monthly rent. This not only ensures enhanced security against landlord-related financial losses but also includes additional benefits such as automated background checks for tenant candidates and free legal advice throughout the rental period, including assistance with agreement termination and eviction.

All these services are covered by a small, monthly Rendin fee of just 2.5% of one month's rent.

Rendin protection goes above and beyond property insurance, which fails to cover the landlord for risks related to renting out premises. Unlike insurance, our primary aim is to minimize risks and cover possible payment defaults and damages caused by the tenant.

As our protection doesn't extend to major emergencies like fires or floods, liability insurance for damages caused by 3rd parties, or damages resulting from a neighbor's actions, we strongly recommend considering home insurance with your preferred provider for comprehensive coverage alongside the Rendin protection.

To get the Rendin protection, follow these steps:

2. Invite tenant candidates to create Rendin accounts and get background checked.

3. Select a vetted tenant and input their details into the provided agreement template.

4. Review the agreement with your tenant and finalize it directly on our platform.
